Craft Fair Vendor Policies
Maurice Car’rie will not be held responsible for vendors” personal injury or personal property damage.
- Vendors are accepted for business hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm.
- Vendor items must be suitable for an arts and craft fair – NO SOLICITATION ALLOWED.
- Vendor rent is $40 per day for a 10x10 space, excluding special events such as the Wine and Balloon Festival (3-day reservation for $175). Payment is accepted by cash only, paid the day of events with the exception of Balloon and Wine which will be paid in advance.
- All Vendors must be set up by 10 am each morning. Set-up begins as early as 4:30 pm on the previous afternoon.
- All Vendors must set up on the winery OUTSIDE PERIMETERS ONLY, with the exception of special event weekends.
- Vendor set-up is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All Vendors with tents must have WHITE TENTS.
- All Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. Vendor rent DOES NOT INCLUDE PICNIC TABLES – those are for winery customer use only.
- No large signs, no children, and no dogs.
- All signs must be hung to the back of tents.
- The winery does not give change to vendors – please come prepared with sufficient change.
- All Vendors must park in the dirt parking lot to the left or right of the winery. Front parking lot is for customers only.
- All one day vendors must remove their tents the same day or pay for space the second day. If you are only setting up for one day please set up at the end of spaces as not to leave blank spaces when you leave.
- Vendors may leave their tents, tables, etc. overnight, at their own risk IF they will be back the next day. Maurice Car’rie will not be responsible for any vendors’ articles damaged or stolen.
- We have a three strikes you're out policy for vendors who do not adhere to these policies
