Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association is sponsoring the World of Wine Barrel Tasting Weekend! For those of you who don't want to participate in the whole event you can join us at Maurice Car'rie for a small fee. We will be pouring our 2006 Merlot and our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc to pair with Chef Edward Bell's slow smoked brisket of beef accompanied with a crisp and tangy country cole slaw. Acoustic guitar player Tim Walsh will entertain with classic rock and country music.
